These fees can be up to 100% of the booking cost, depending on the timing of the request and the specific terms of the suppliers.
• Supplier-Initiated Cancellations/Changes: In the event that a service provider (e.g., airline, hotel) cancels or significantly changes a booking, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and endeavor to offer alternative arrangements or a refund, subject to the supplier's terms and conditions.
• Refunds: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy of the specific service and will be subject to any applicable administrative fees. Processing times for refunds may vary.
• Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. We can assist with travel insurance options.

6. Documentation and Responsibilities

• Passports and Visas: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you possess valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other necessary travel documents for your entire trip. We can provide visa assistance, but cannot guarantee visa approval.
• Health Requirements: You are responsible for consulting with your doctor regarding any recommended vaccinations or health precautions for your travel destination.
• Personal Data: You are responsible for ensuring all personal details provided to us are accurate and up-to-date. Maple Hearth Explorers is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maple Hearth Explorers acts as an agent for various third-party travel service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines). We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers. Therefore, we are not liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, or breach of contract by any third-party suppliers, or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, or inconvenience that may occur during your travel.

Our liability, if any, for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with our services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service from which the liability arose.
